Pragiedruliai is a cultural and open-minded creative center in Panevėžys. The concept is based on the co-creation strategy and the personality of Čerkesas Besparnis.
The "Unifying Center of Creativity - Pragiedruliu Sodyba" project is implemented with the funds of the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism.
